We take our name from this great Saint and entrust ourselves to his protection.
Saint Thomas Becket (1119–1170) was the Archbishop of Canterbury and one of England's most revered saints. Renowned for his courage in defending the independence of the Church, he was martyred in Canterbury Cathedral and remains a symbol of faith, honour and steadfast conviction.
